Extract from the Statute of the International Alternative Court, the Crimes
falling within scope of the Court competence:
1. The Court examines the most serious crimes causing concern of the entire
international community.
According to the present Statute the Court examines the following crimes:
a) crimes against humanity;
b) moral sadism;
c) mockery at human dignity;
d) informational and spiritual terrorism;
e) propaganda of violence, debauch, perversion;
f) development of means of murder and violence;
g) direct or latent advertising of patterns of behaviour inciting to immoral
behaviour, or acts humiliating human dignity;
h) cynicism and mockery at spiritual and cultural heritage through professional
work of a person or groups of persons;
i) Inflicting of moral or spiritual damage, or damage to cultural heritage of
persons, or a people, or an ethnic or a religious
group of people through
activity of public services, or persons in these services, or any authorities or
state institutions;
j) military aggression which has inflicted moral or cultural damage to own
people, or other peoples who fell victims of the aggression;
k) activities in the fields of science, pedagogy or branches of medicine as a
result of which moral, health, genetic or ecological damage has been incurred;
l) functioning of public services of any kind that have instigated genocide,or inflicted damage in the field of a moral and genetic heritage;
m) any activity which has resulted in damage to human environment.
